Buying season is upon us, and fashion buyers throughout the country are figuring out the must-have colours, fabrics, textures, silhouettes and prints for the coming spring summer. There’s something special about turquoise: it combines the calm of blue with the frenetic energy of green. The colour stimulates the mind and transports you to a tropical paradise. The light blue of spring/summer 2021 therefore has a worthy successor in 2022: light blue-green. With its warm and cool undertones, turquoise is good for a gentle and fresh look. It’s the perfect combination with dark, earthy shades, white hues or the complementary pink and red.
